Gigatrix is committed to ensuring that privacy is protected. Should Gigatrix ask a client to provide any information by which one can be identified by when using this website, than it can assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Gigatrix may change this policy at any time. It is the clients duty to check for these changes to ensure that they are happy with them. This policy is effective as of February 2017.
Gigatrix will never release this information to a third party, however third party companies are used to take payment details or sending emails which you will provide and although we do our best to assure that used third party websites hold similar privacy policies, Gigatrix can take no responsibility for personal information that may be unlawfully used by third party companies. For the clients best interest Gigatrix recommends checking privacy policies on any third party website where personal information may be collected, such as PayPal if paying online.
Gigatrix will not sell, distribute or lease any personal information to third parties unless permission is given or it is a requirement of law. Gigatrix may use personal information to send promotional information about third parties if it is appropriate to do so. Clients should inform Gigatrix if they would like to opt out of this.
Cookies may be used on Gigatrix.co.uk. Additional cookies may also be added in future, and if so the policy will be updated. Cookies are used in our Admin panels and clients will be informed about them beforehand. For detailed information about cookies, please contact Gigatrix directly.
Should a client wish to edit or delete any information given to Gigatrix they can do so by emailing admin@Gigatrix.co.uk or by phoning 07455-358583. Gigatrix may archive any previous contact details for reference purposes for up to 10 years, unless told otherwise. Information will be deleted and removed permanently if asked to be by a client.
Clients can chose to opt out of any future communications should they wish to do so. They can do this by contacting Gigatrix by email or by phone.
Any personal information used on a published website by Gigatrix for a client will be used with permission from the client. Gigatrix will contact clients to provide contact information to be used on the created website for the clients website users to use. If any personal information has been added with permission of the client and has then been misused, Gigatrix cannot be held responsible. Contact details provided on a clients website should not be personal contact details and should be used for the client or company alone, public company email addresses can be provided if required.
